Located in a beautiful holiday park, within walking distance of the charming village center of Callantsoog and the beach (about 800 m), surrounded by (flower) fields and bordering a nature reserve, this is the ideal base for a successful holiday!
The style of this luxurious detached villa is from grandmother's time. Thatched roof, white plastered walls and authentic shutters on the windows. This ideal, spacious holiday home guarantees a wonderfully relaxing stay with the family, relatives or friends.
On the ground floor there is the entrance with toilet, the living-dining room with underfloor heating and patio doors to the garden. Furthermore, a new country kitchen with all modern appliances and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with bath, shower cabin, toilet and washbasin. The bathroom also has underfloor heating. The large sunny south-facing garden has a terrace with windbreak, 2 parasols, a garden table with 6 chairs and a lounger, all with matching cushions. A parking space for 2 cars rounds it off. The furnishings of this villa are luxurious/romantic, very complete and leave nothing to be desired. We welcome a maximum of 6 guests. Naturally, this villa has digital television and free WiFi.
